Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your purchase and use of products and services from Cane Creek Munitions (“we,” “us,” or “Company”). By placing an order with Cane Creek Munitions or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not place an order.

1. Eligibility & Compliance with Law

By ordering from Cane Creek Munitions you represent and warrant that you are legally permitted to purchase, possess, receive and transport the firearm(s) or other regulated items you order under federal, state, and local law. You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing firearms, ammunition, accessories, and related items. It is your responsibility to know and follow those laws. We will not knowingly facilitate unlawful purchases or transfers.

Federal law requires transfers of firearms to unlicensed purchasers to be processed through a Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL) who completes Form 4473 and performs required background checks. Cane Creek Munitions will ship firearms only to a licensed FFL chosen by the purchaser, and the purchaser must complete any required forms and background checks in person at that FFL.

2. Orders, Acceptance & Confirmation

All orders are subject to acceptance by Cane Creek Munitions. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders for any reason (including pricing errors, inability to verify purchaser eligibility, or suspected fraud). Acceptance occurs only when we ship the product or deliver written order confirmation.

3. Pricing, Taxes & Fees

Prices shown on the website are in [USD] and do not include applicable sales tax, transfer fees, shipping, or FFL transfer/processing fees unless explicitly stated. You are responsible for any taxes, duties, or fees imposed by your shipping destination or FFL. We may change prices at any time prior to acceptance.

4. Payment

We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment must be authorized and cleared before shipment. Orders may be canceled if payment cannot be authorized. For firearms, final payment may be required at the FFL upon transfer/pickup per the FFL’s policies.

5. FFL Transfers & Background Checks

All firearm purchases must be shipped to and transferred through an FFL in the recipient’s state of residence unless otherwise permitted by law. The purchaser is responsible for selecting a valid FFL and providing the FFL’s correct contact information. The FFL will conduct required background checks (e.g., NICS) and complete ATF Form 4473 prior to transfer. If the purchaser fails the background check or cannot lawfully receive the firearm, the transfer will not be completed and the sale may be canceled in accordance with these Terms.

6. Shipping & Delivery

  • Firearms and regulated items will be shipped only to an FFL address; we do not ship firearms directly to non-licensees.

  • Shipping dates provided are estimates and subject to change. Risk of loss passes to the purchaser (or their FFL) upon pickup by the carrier, unless otherwise required by law or carrier terms.

  • You must provide accurate shipping and FFL information. We are not responsible for delays or mis-deliveries caused by incorrect information.

7. Cancellations, Denials & Returns

  • Firearms: Unless otherwise stated, firearm sales are final once the firearm has shipped to an FFL. If a sale is canceled prior to shipment, we will refund per our refund policy and payment processor terms. If a transfer is denied by a background check or otherwise cannot be completed due to legal restrictions, we will cancel the sale and refund the purchase price less shipping and any non-refundable fees (e.g., restocking or transfer fees), unless prohibited by law.

  • Non-regulated items: Returns are handled per our returns policy posted separately. Items must be returned unused, in original packaging, and within the stated return window (if returns are accepted). Return shipping costs are the purchaser’s responsibility unless otherwise agreed.

  • Consignment & Used Firearms: Special terms apply for consignment or used firearms; consignment listings, sale periods, and fees will be governed by separate consignment agreements.

8. Prohibited Purchasers & Items

We will not accept orders from persons prohibited by law from purchasing firearms (including certain felons, persons under disqualifying mental health adjudications, persons subject to protective orders, etc.). We also reserve the right to refuse sale of specific item types to certain jurisdictions if sale/possession is restricted (local/state bans, magazine capacity restrictions, etc.). It is the purchaser’s responsibility to ensure the item is legal in their jurisdiction.

9. Warranties & Manufacturer Policies

Cane Creek Munitions does not manufacture most products sold on our site. Any product warranties are provided by the manufacturers. We make no warranties (express or implied) regarding the merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or legality of any item; all sales are “AS IS” except to the extent a manufacturer’s warranty applies. You should consult manufacturer warranty information for coverage and claims.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Cane Creek Munitions and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages (including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of business, or loss of use) arising from any product sale, failure to deliver, delay, defect, or any use, misuse, or inability to use the products. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to a product or these Terms will not exceed the purchase price paid for the product.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Cane Creek Munitions and its affiliates, officers, agents, and employees from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your breach of these Terms, your violation of law, or your misuse of products purchased from us.

12. Product Descriptions & Availability

We attempt to be accurate in product descriptions, specifications, and pricing, but we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are accurate, complete, reliable, current, or error-free. Availability of items shown on the website may change. We reserve the right to discontinue products or change descriptions at any time.

13. Age Requirements

By ordering regulated products you confirm you meet minimum age requirements under federal and applicable state law (e.g., federal law generally requires purchasers of handguns to be 21 and long guns 18, but local rules may vary). You must be of legal age to enter contracts and to possess the items in your jurisdiction.

14. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, graphics, logos, images, and software) is owned by or licensed to Cane Creek Munitions and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not use our trademarks or content without our express written permission.

15. Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms. By using the site and purchasing from us you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on the website with an updated effective date. Your continued use of the site or placement of orders after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

17. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
