Bearded Butchers 17mm Mahogany Collagen Snack Stick Casings provide an edible, tender yet durable casing for homemade meat sticks. Each pack contains four strands that hold approximately 25 lbs of meat when fully stuffed. The casings are ready to use without soaking and can be hung in a smokehouse or laid on screens in a pellet-style smoker. Paprika and caramel provide the mahogany color without red dye.
